Please read the information below and then press continue to enroll your dog in
	Puppy Daycare.  Once you have enrolled your dog for daycare or boarding, you will
	receive an email confirmation within 24 hours and be notified of acceptance. Then
	you may begin attending our facility immediately.

	Puppy Daycare offers a 10 DAY FREE PASS to all new customers; this will allow you
	to enjoy our facility and services without obligation and make sure it is the safe
	and happy place you want your best friend to play.  Your 10 day pass will expire
	within ten days of your first visit for daycare.  You will be given your pass
	that can be used everyday when you arrive and sign-in your pet for the day. It is
	necessary to enroll in order to use our overnight boarding services even if you
	do not need doggie daycare.



	In order to enroll at Puppy Daycare you must complete the following:

	1 - Read the Puppy Daycare"Goals" and "Rules & Regulations" pages
	   on the Puppy Daycare website.

	2 - Filled out the online enrollment form completely with necessary
	   veterinarian and personal information.

	3 - Confirmed your receipt of acceptance and have agreed to a date and
	   time of your dogs first planned day of attendance.
