Puppy Daycare is designed to provide a clean, safe, and stimulating
experience for your dog.  In order to ensure the safety and health of
all guests and attendants, we have some information we’d like to share
with you.

Safety and Health:

Your dog’s safety and well-being are our top priority.  While at Puppy
Daycare, they will be under constant supervision, both inside and outside.

A current vaccination record is the first day of attendance.  In addition,
dogs need to be on year round heartworm and flea prevention.

Dogs are required to be in good health.


Puppies should be at least 12 weeks old.

Dogs over six months must be spayed or neutered.

While at Puppy Daycare, dogs should wear a flat collar with either an ID
tag attached or their name written on their collar.  For safety’s sake,
no pinch collars or metal correction collars.

Dogs will only be released to the person who dropped them off in the morning.
If someone else needs to pick up your dog, please notify the morning
attendant, this person will need to provide identification (driver’s license).

In the event a health emergency arises, you will be notified immediately.
We are located minutes from local veterinarians and the CARE Center.



Personality Evaluation:

Puppy Daycare is an interactive environment for dogs.  Dogs must be non-aggressive
towards people or other dogs.


Discipline:

At Puppy Daycare, our philosophy is to understand animal and pack behavior and work within it.
Dogs are taught to obey the rules of the pack in order to protect all dogs at the center.  Many
people are becoming more familiar with understanding the difference between dog and man from watching
shows such as "The Dog Whisperer."  We follow the same principles.  Dog's are a species that works
truely toward "the strongest survives" goal. When dogs show fear or frustration we are careful
not to encourage it!  Dogs learn quickly that fear can be rewarded by humans and have no actual
reason to afraid of anything.  This is the most common area of mistaken approach by human owners of dogs.


Hours:

Puppy Daycare is open from 6:30 AM until 6:30 PM Monday through Friday.

All services are payable in advance.
